Lee Butler

Lee Butler, age 73, Carl Junction, passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at her home.

Lee was born December 13, 1947 in Anderson, Missouri, the fifth daughter of the late Samuel B. Fry and Pauline (Castill) Fry. She graduated from Southwest High School before attending Crowder College. She has had multiple sclerosis since the age of 21. She worked for several companies in clerical work, and was a faithful member of North Main Street Baptist Church.








In addition to her parents, Lee was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty King and Eva Louis Matthews.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Ed Butler; sons, Jason Perrin and wife Patricia, Josh Perrin and wife Holly; step-sons, Brian Butler, Eric Butler, and Justin Butler; grandchildren, Aydan Perrin, Ava Perrin, Meghan Perrin, Matthew Perrin; step-grandchildren, Dillon Jones, Cailey Woznick, Addyson Butler, Kamdyn Butler, Maggie Wampler, Carson Wampler, and Lyla Wampler; two sisters, Leota Viergiver and Vonda Hassab.

Funeral services will be Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at North Main Street Baptist Church with Pastor Walter Hammond and Pastor Mike King officiating. Interment will follow in Carl Junction Cemetery with family serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at North Main Street Baptist Church from 10:00 a.m. until service time.

The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
