Taffi Parsons

Taffi Michele Parsons, age 71, a cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home in Noel, Missouri, on Monday, June 30, 2025, following a recent decline in health. She entered this life on December 29, 1953, in Neosho, Missouri, to the union of the late Thomas and Pat (Easley) Brasiola.

Raised in the town of her birth, Taffi was a graduate of Neosho High School, class of 1972. She furthered her education by attending College of the Ozarks, where she earned her associate's degree. On August 14, 1976, she was united in marriage to Stan Parsons and to this union two sons were born, Matt and Caleb. Taffi's professional life was marked by her tenure as a buyer for Wal-Mart, a role in which she demonstrated her keen eye for detail and her unwavering work ethic.

Taffi's heart was always with her family. She is survived by her two sons, Matt Parsons and his wife, Madison, of Stella, Missouri, and Caleb Parsons and his wife, Amanda, of Anderson, Missouri. Her legacy continues through her nine grandchildren and one great-grandson, each of whom brought immense joy and pride to her life. Taffi's love and memories will also be cherished by her brothers, Rick Brasiola of Bella Vista, Arkansas, and Rocky Brasiola of Neosho, Missouri, as well as by a host of other relatives and friends who were touched by her generous spirit. Her presence was a gift to all who knew her, and her memory will be treasured in the hearts of her family and friends forever.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of thirty-one years, Stan Parsons; and a grandson, Dominic Parsons.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri.
