(From Weng Funeral Chapel)Gary “Ike” Buerge, 84 of Jasper, Missouri passed away on Monday, May 2, 2022 at National Healthcare, Joplin, MO.
He was born on June 24, 1937 in Carthage, Missouri to L.A. “Dutch” and Thelma (Hopkins) Buerge. Ike worked as a tire technician for many tire shops.
Survivors include , one daughter, Jackie Buerge of Valdez, Alaska two grandchildren, Cody Austermuhl, and Calin Buerge, one great-granddaughter, Scarlett Buerge, one brother, Shorty Buerge of Arizona.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Fat Buerge.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at New Hope Cemetery, north of Avilla, Mo. Minister Michael Moss will officiate.
