(From Clark Funeral Home)Bobby Lee Bass, age 60, of Diamond, Missouri, passed away at 12:36 a.m. on Monday, February 14, 2022, at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, Missouri. He was born September 24, 1961, in Carthage, Missouri, to Everett Lee and Lillie Carol (Thurman) Bass.
Bobby lived in the area his entire life. He graduated from Diamond High School in 1979 and was a parts supervisor for Fabick Caterpillar in Joplin.
On May 3, 1984, he married Vicki Jo Reardon in Branson, Missouri. Bobby was a Christian man. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, farming, fishing, and tractors, but most of all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of 37 years, Vicki, of the home; his mother, Lillie Bass of Diamond; two sons, Joshua Bass and his wife, Lilly, of Stark City, Missouri, and Zackary Bass and his wife, Katie, of Diamond; one brother, Troy Bass and his wife, Carol, of Diamond; one sister, Kathy Brintnall and her husband, Brian, of Carl Junction, Missouri; and six grandchildren, Trenton, Makenzie, Kinley, Weston, Maddox, and Harley.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 18, 2022, at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories in Neosho, Missouri. Burial will follow at Powers Cemetery in Diamond. Pallbearers include Joshua Bass, Zackary Bass, Joey Spiva, Shawn Wright, Charlie Dunfee, and Jarrad Largent. The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 17, in the funeral home.
