(From Parker Mortuary)Kathleen “Kathy” Ann Cline, age 61, passed away suddenly on Friday, December 31, 2021. Kathy was the daughter of the late Clay and Donna (Smith) DeMasters. She was born December 20, 1960 in Joplin, MO.
She spent her life in Joplin and graduated from Seneca High School in 1979. Kathy dedicated over 30 years to Autotronics, Inc as a highly valued employee and Production Manager.
Kathy’s biggest pride and joy was her family, especially her grandchildren McKenna and Joshua Jr., and her son Joshua. She was at her happiest when making memories with them. Some of her most cherished ones included supporting her son’s Air Force career, feeding giraffes at the zoo, spending birthdays and holidays together, watching movies, making holiday crafts, buying her grandbabies first bikes, and every single big hug and cuddle during her visits.
Survivors include her son, Joshua Cline and wife Alison of Colorado, her two grandchildren McKenna and Joshua Cline of Colorado, her sister Mary Sams of Oklahoma, her brother Peter DeMasters and wife Carmen of West Virginia, her Aunt Shirley Cross and husband Kenneth, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will be holding a private service in remembrance of Kathy. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to a charity of your choice.
