Versetta Lucille Woolverton, 57 years, of Pea Ridge, Arkansas passed away on Friday, July 27, 2018.
Versetta was born on January 29, 1961 in Rogers, Arkansas to Charley Meeker and Rosemary (Barnes) Gordon. She worked at Wal-Mart and Emerson Electric. Versetta was a member of the Global Outreach Emmanuel Baptist Church in Rogers, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charley Meeker and step father, Bill Gordon.
Versetta was survived by her mother, Rosemary Gordon; brothers, Charley Meeker and wife, Pamela, Larry Meeker and wife, Lora, James Meeker and wife, Angela, Glenn Simpson, Thomas Gordon and wife, Johnna, William Gordon III and Wife Gwen; sisters, Twin sister, Arnetta McDonnell, Carol Chambers and husband, Jon, Glenda Green; 19 nieces and nephews; 27 great nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other family and friends who will dearly miss Versetta.
Funeral service for Versetta was held Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Home. Pastor Tom Hatley officiated. Burial was in the Gordon Cemetery in Anderson, Missouri. Those honoring Versetta's life by serving as pallbearers were Jason Taylor, John Gordon, William Gordon IV, Jonathan Simpson, Andy Meeker and Roger Meeker.
