Joseph Chapman

Joseph R Chapman age 24 of Webb City, Missouri passed away on October 31,2021 in Joplin, Missouri. He was born on December 1, 1996 in Bakersfield, California to Michael Chapman and Nancy Rickman. 

He worked at Specialty Foods in Joplin in maintenance. Joseph loved to skateboard and try to fix anything to make it work. He was a very positive person and could make anyone laugh. Joseph will be remembered as one of the sweetest guys you would ever meet. He was a member of the Road Church in Webb City and was very proud to be working on his recovery. 

Joseph is survived by his mother, Nancy Rickman of Aurora, Missouri; his brothers, Jonathan Chapman, Daniel Chapman of California; sisters, Michelle Rickman, and Nikki King of California, Patty Overman of Joplin, and Samantha McDonald of California; and girlfriend, Victoria Armstrong of Joplin. 

He was preceded in death by his father, and a sister Joanne Stayman. 

The family will have a celebration of life service on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the Road Church, 1005 W Daugherty St Webb City, MO 64870 with Phil Stotts officiating.
