(From Simpson Funeral Home)Carol Jean Fox age 77 of Joplin, Missouri passed away at her home on January 29, 2022. She was born in Kansas City, Kansas to Theodore Hemby and Vivian Maurene (Dire) Hemby on February 22, 1944.
Carol worked in finance for years, but her passion was to be a caretaker for her family and anyone else that needed help.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Harry Fox, along with other family members.
Carol is survived by her son, Barrie Janssen and wife Dionna; a daughter, Kristen Janssen and wife Rebecca White; granddaughters, Annie Engel, Mallory Janssen, Reese Janssen; along with several nieces, nephews, siblings, and extended family members.
No services are planned at this time and Carol will be interred at a later date with her husband in Stratton, Colorado.
