(From Daniel Funeral Home)Renee Marie Bellairs, age 60, of Clinton, Missouri passed away May 31, 2023.
Renee was born August 13, 1962 in Joplin, Missouri to Phillip Bellairs and Rita Sue (Veale) Bellairs.
Renee loved bowling, dressing up and listening to music and dancing, especially to the Bee Gees and Abba. She was so excited that she got to see the band Foreigner in concert a couple of years ago.
Renee loved crafting, coloring and art, as well as working in sheltered workshops. She was very involved in the Special Olympics for over 20 years. Renee was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed singing in a choir.
Survivors include her mother, Rita Comer; her brother, James Bellairs and his wife Amy of Joplin, MO; a step-brother, Bobby Comer and his wife Becky of Adrian, Missouri; two step-sisters, Trish Morris and her husband Russ of Grain Valley, Missouri and Claudia Horn of Joplin, MO; one niece, Sarah Bellairs and two nephews, Jordan Bellairs and Chris Comer.
Survivors include her mother, Rita Comer; her brother, James Bellairs and his wife Amy of Joplin, MO; a step-brother, Bobby Comer and his wife Becky of Adrian, Missouri; two step-sisters, Trish Morris and her husband Russ of Grain Valley, Missouri and Claudia Horn of Joplin, MO; one niece, Sarah Bellairs and two nephews, Jordan Bellairs and Chris Comer.
Renee was preceded in death by her father, Phillip Bellairs and her stepdad, Don Comer.
A visitation will be held from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at Daniel Funeral Home in Lamar, MO. A private burial will be held.
