(From Clark Funeral Home)Joseph Michael Waters, born on January 6, 1974, in Chico, California, passed away on November 9, 2024. He graduated from high school in Madera, California, and cherished hobbies that included building model cars, the Star Wars series, and restoring his 1968 Mustang. Family was at the center of Joseph's life, with Sunday dinners being a treasured tradition.
Joseph, who was an Eagle Scout, relocated to Missouri in 2019, where he found his favorite spot, Grand Falls. He is survived by his father, Joseph (Pam) Waters; his mother, Julie (Kathy) Zwinge; two sisters, Amanda (Virgil) Cane and Melissa (Billy) Waters; his brother, Ragnar Harfn; five nieces; two nephews; one great-niece; and one great-nephew.
A funeral service will be held at Clark Funeral Home Granby Chapel on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., where family and friends will gather to celebrate and honor Joseph's life.
