(From Clark Funeral Home)Debra Ann (Debbie) Holley, 67, Neosho, MO passed away February 9, 2021 after a short illness. She was born November 22, 1953 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Ernestine (Marks) and Kenneth Holley.
Debbie was a lifelong Neosho resident and a 1971 graduate of Neosho High School. She retired from Scholastic after many years of service. Debbie was an avid reader; was an animal lover; and a Kansas City Chiefs fan.
Debbie is survived by her brother, Chris Holley and wife, Marsetta of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; one nephew, Benjamin Holley of San Diego, California; two nieces, Kelsey Holley and Taylor Holley; and three great-nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Ernestine Holley and one brother, David Holley.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 am, Friday, February 12, 2021 at Clark Funeral Home, Neosho, MO. Dr. Jerry Seigel will officiate. Interment will follow at New Salem Cemetery, Neosho, MO.
