(From Greenfield Funeral Chapel)Clara Pauline Goodrich, 80, of Lockwood, MO, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023, in her home surrounded by her family.
She was born on November 28, 1942 at Morocco, IN to Lloyd Benjamin Raper and Mildred Pauline (Swartz) Raper. Clara was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Wayne Raper of Chandler, OK.
She is survived by her son, Roger Fox (Shelly) of Jerico Springs, MO; her daughter, Robin (Marlan) Kirch of Brookline, MO; one brother, Paul Eugene Raper of Bourbonnais, IL; ten grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.
Clara was the manager of Jump Stop in Greenfield, MO for many years. She was also the office manager at the Kankakee Cable TV Company for several years. Clara also worked for the Arizona Highway Patrol as a dispatcher while living in Tucson, AZ before moving to Lockwood, MO. She was always cheerfully spreading her love, sass, and good humor to everyone she knew. Clara was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend to so many. She will be greatly missed.
Private family services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Cremation services are under the care of Greenfield Funeral Chapel.
