Sheila Bradley

(From Clark Funeral Home)

It is with deep sorrow and loving remembrance that we announce the passing of Sheila Ann Bradley, who departed this life on April 29, 2026, at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin, Missouri, at the age of 61.

Sheila was born on July 7, 1964, in Seneca, Missouri, to Clifford Carl Pogue and Linda Carol Collins. She graduated from Mesquite High School in Mesquite, Texas, with the Class of 1982.

Sheila dedicated much of her life to serving others through her love of cooking. She worked in the kitchen at the Neosho Senior Center, where she spent many cherished years, and was also employed at Sam’s Cellar in Neosho. In addition, she served as head cook for Great Western Dining at Crowder College. Sheila took great pride in making sure those around her were well fed and cared for.

Outside of her work, Sheila participated in numerous billiard leagues throughout southwest Missouri and loved spending summer days fishing and boating. She was an avid Kansas City Chiefs super fan and enjoyed cheering them on whether they were winning or losing.

Sheila treasured her family, especially her grandchildren, who affectionately called her “Granmammy.” She loved and spoiled them immensely.

Sheila is survived by her children: Charles Bock (LaTisha) of Derby, Kansas; Carol Anne Robbins (Thomas) of Clarksville, Tennessee; Nicole Bradley of Fort Myers, Florida; and Kaylee Mayhan (Tyler) of Neosho, Missouri. She also leaves behind eight beloved grandchildren: Chad, Chuckie, Nimona, Marie, Buddy, Hank, Kane, and William.

She is further survived by her dad, Ron Slaughter of Joplin, Missouri; her sisters, Lisa Pogue of Joplin, Missouri, and Paula Evans of Neosho, Missouri; her brother, Clifford Pogue of Claremore, Oklahoma; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Sheila was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford Pogue and Linda Slaughter, and her grandson, Azriel Mayhan.

A visitation will be held on Monday, May 4, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., also at Clark Funeral Home. Burial of cremated remains will take place at Oakwood Cemetery immediately following the service.
