Ronnie Buchite

Mr. Ronnie Eugene Buchite, 70, of Jay, Oklahoma, departed this life on Monday, September 13, 2021, in the comfort of his home after a hard fought battle with cancer.

Ronnie entered this life on October 28, 1950, in Crosby, Minnesota, the youngest of ten children born to the late Hugh and Lillian (Chenevert) Buchite. He was raised and attended schools in Fifty Lakes and Pine River, Minnesota. 








 
On April 8, 1968, he was united in marriage to Ena Wales and together they have shared the last fifty-three years. They moved their family to the three state area in 1979. Ronnie was a cattle farmer and butcher throughout his life. He owned and operated Southwest City Meat Processing for several years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and four brothers, Hugh, Alfred, Morrie and Wink.

Ronnie is survived by his wife, Ena Buchite of the home; two sons, Robert Buchite and wife, Suzy, of Decatur, Arkansas and Gene Buchite and wife, Cindy, of Pineville, Missouri; three grandchildren, Brandon Benge of Grove, Oklahoma, Jeremy Buchite and wife, Sara, of Jay, Oklahoma and Autumn Bryant and wife, Brandie, of Sulphur Springs, Arkansas; three great grandchildren, Caiden Bryant, Izabella Buchite and Annarae Bryant; four brothers, Harvey Buchite and wife, Arlene, of San Benito, Texas, Allan Buchite and wife, Carol, of Fifty Lakes, Minnesota, Michael Buchite of Whiting, Iowa and Neal Buchite of Nisswa, Minnesota; a sister, Ardith Buchite-Trutwin and husband, Bennie, of Fifty Lakes, Minnesota; two sister in-laws, Karen and Jan Buchite; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other family and friends.

Private family services will be held. The family suggest that memorial contributions be sent to either, Good Shepherd Hospice in Grove, Gideon Bible Ministry or Cancer Research. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of the Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri.
