(From Stumpff Funeral Home)Robert Lee Thompson, Pierce City, MO, son of Donald and Doris (Bowling) Thompson was born on November 6, 1964 in Aurora, MO and departed this life on December 12, 2021, at the age of 57.
Robert was a lifelong resident of the area who worked construction and later worked on the grounds crew at Silver Dollar City. He attended the Lighthouse Apostolic Church, Racine, MO.
Robert was preceded in death by and infant sister, Anna Jean Thompson and his father, Donald Thompson.
Survivors include: his mother, Doris Thompson of Pierce City, MO; two brothers, Kenneth Thompson and his wife, Dee Dee of Pierce City, MO and David Lynn Thompson and his wife, Janet of Verona, MO; two sisters, Deonna Mondragon and her husband, Santos of Stotts City, MO and Lana Thompson of Tampa, FL and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 16, 2021 in Stumpff Funeral Chapel, Crane, MO. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 1:00 p.m. with Kelly Sampson officiating. Burial will be in Crane Community Cemetery, Crane, MO under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Crane, MO.
