Billy Welsh

William "Billy" Joseph Welsh, age 66, passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024, at his home in Halltown, MO. He was born in Gary, IN on Saturday, July 13, 1957; son of William and Elizabeth (Polito) Welsh. He married Kim Haro on Saturday, September 9, 2006. 

Billy was a construction worker. He helped many people with remodeling. He also enjoyed barbecuing and spending time with family and friends. Billy loved his family. He looked forward to fishing with his son and grandson. He would do anything for his daughter and grandchild.

 

Billy loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He enjoyed working on motorcycles and trucks. He also enjoyed ding ding machines. Billy was always there to help family or friends. He will be missed by many!

Surviving are the following: his wife, Kim of the home; two children, Autumn (James) Maggard of Mt. Vernon, MO and Donald Kallsen of Carthage, MO; one grandchild, Waylon Maggard; two sisters, Laura Clifton of Blountsville, AL and Sharon Welsh of Valparaiso, IN; and many other cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, etc.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, William Welsh and Elizabeth Welsh; and a sister, Linda Welsh.

Billy was cremated at his request. Services will be planned at a later time. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Lakin Funeral Home in Pierce City, MO.
