(From Mason-Woodard Mortuary)Sandra E. Farmer-Blackburn, age 55, of Reeds, MO went to be with the Lord on August 14, 2021. She passed away due to multi-system failure secondary to covid at South City Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.
Sandra was born on May 5, 1966 in Joplin, MO., the daughter of June (Garrett) Farmer and Alvin L. Farmer.
Sandra loved spending time with her family, watching movies (whether it be at home, the theatre, or drive in), going on vacations, attending her grandkids' sports events, and just being outdoors. In her youth, she enjoyed riding horses and going to rodeos.
Sandra was a certified vet tech, she truly enjoyed being around animals. She recently worked at Wendy's in Carthage, MO.
Sandra was a wonderful mother, Moomoo, daughter, partner, sister, and friend. She was as selfless as they come, she had a big heart along with a keen sense of humor.
She is survived by her partner of 8 years, Michael Blackburn; son, Josh Farmer and wife Jamie Farmer; daughter, Taylor Farmer and husband Zachery Farmer; mother, June Farmer; sister, Patricia Pyle and her husband Steven Pyle; two brothers, Kevin Farmer and his wife Paula Farmer, Dwayne Farmer and his wife Katrina Farmer; five grandkids, Gatlin, Adalynn, Lainie, Roper, Reagan.
She was preceded in death by her father Alvin L. Farmer and her sister Charlotte Gammil.
Funeral Services will be graveside at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery Thursday August 19th at 10:30am. Pastor John English will officiate.
The pallbearers will be: Michael Blackburn, Zachery Farmer, Josh Farmer, Kevin Farmer, Aaron Farmer, and Steven Pyle.
