David Logan

Harold "David" Logan, age 75, of Carl Junction, Missouri, passed away Friday May 2, 2025, in Joplin.

He was born September 12, 1949, in Rushville, Indiana, to Harold and Imogene (Evans) Logan. David graduated from Ball State University with a B.S. in Industrial Arts Education. 

He married Raetta Garsnett on November 23, 1975, and spent most of his career as a loan officer for Farm Credit, John Deere Credit, and several commercial banks. 






After retirement, David spent several years working for Joplin Schools in food service and transportation. He was a member of Park Plaza Christian Church in Joplin.

David is survived by his wife, Raetta; two sons, Scott Logan (Angie) of Haven, KS, and Doug Logan (Cindy) of Webb City, MO; two brothers, James Logan (Jeanie) of Sebring, FL, and Ross Logan (Christine) of Columbus, IN; and five grandchildren, Max (Katie), Sam, Emma, Aaron, and Catherine.








David's Celebration of Life will be Friday, May 23 at 11am at the Mason-Woodard Chapel with visitation one hour prior to the memorial service.

Arrangements are under the direction of Mason-Woodard Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in David's memory to Ozark Christian College or Park Plaza Christian Church.
