He was born September 15, 1984, in Springdale, AR, the son of Charlie Junior Baird and Cathy Darlene (South) Baird. He had obtained his refrigeration certification and spent many years working on all kinds of appliances. Gilbert also did rock masonry and was currently employed as a mason.
Gilbert was a loving father who had a heart of gold. In his free time Gilbert enjoyed fishing.
Gilbert is survived by his mother, Cathy Baird; a son, Brandon Baird; 3 daughters, Kaitlyn Baird, Allison Baird, and Rylynn Baird; a brother Charlie (Miranda) Baird; 2 sisters, Charlene (Marcella) Aaron, and Janice (Dakota) Travis; granny Judy; his fiancé, Amanda Patterson, a stepson, Kasen Hills, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by father, Junior Baird.
