Mrs. Mildred Bethel “Millie” Williams, 93, of Goddard, Kansas, formerly of Stella, Missouri, departed this life on Tuesday morning, November 6, 2018, at Medicalodge Care Center in Goddard, Kansas.
Millie entered this life on January 21, 1925, in Stella, Missouri, daughter of the late Cletus “Pete” and Opal (DePriest) Nunn. She moved to Goddard, Kansas in 2015 from Stella, Missouri, where she resided since childhood. Millie was a farmer throughout her life and was a member of Tracy Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Rama Lewis Williams whom she married on December 22, 1941; and three siblings, Glen Nunn, Violet Nunn and Euteva Cox.
Millie is survived by several nieces and nephews, Elaine Bird and husband, Floyd, Lorraine Martin, Brenda Macy and husband, Herschel, Bruce Nunn and wife, Linda, Johnny Nunn and wife, Kay, Glenda Jones and husband, Tom and Linda Dukart and husband, Joseph; a brother in-law, Clyde Williams; and a sister in-law, Mary Ann Smith.
Funeral services for Mrs. Williams are 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 12, 2018, in the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Homes with Pastor Mark Sumler officiating. Burial will follow in the Tracy Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
