Lola Kostrzewski

Lola M. Kostrzewski, 85, Granby, MO passed away December 9, 2020. She was born March 25, 1935 in West Valley Township, MN to Delores (Strand) and Fred Larson. 

Lola worked as a CNA. She enjoyed traveling, nature, sewing and other crafts, cooking, and reading. Her family was most important to her and she loved spending time with them. 

Lola and Leonard Kostrzewski were married October 13, 1979 in Warren, MN and he survives of the home. 

 In addition to her husband, Lola is survived by seven children: Lowell Thorson of Drayton, ND, Holly Younts of Granby, MO, William Thorson of Norman, OK, Valerie Norman of Goodridge, MN, Carol O’Connor of Granby, MO, Dean Thorson and wife, Tammy of Granby, MO, and Roxanne Wall of New York. Additional survivors include two sister, Violet Klein of Thief River Falls, MN and Myrna Lawrence and husband, Ronnie of Grygla, MN; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as other family members, spread coast to coast. Lola was preceded in death by her parents; two grandchildren, Tera Newcomb and Jesse Norman; eight siblings; and several close family members.
