Deborah Diane Crandell Piper, age 55, of Scammon, Kansas passed away at her home February 9, 2020.
Deborah was born to Albert and Fern (Collins) Crandell April 25, 1964 in Joplin, Missouri. She married Michael Piper on May 2, 1994; he survives of the home.
Most of her life, Deborah was a homemaker, living in this area for the last four years. She was a member of the Birthing Center Church of Webb City, Missouri.
In addition to her husband Michael, other survivors include her daughter in law Amy Piper of Scammon; brothers Albert Crandell, Arlie Crandell, and Eddie Crandell, all of Joplin; sisters Nema Scott, Patricia Russell, Mary Bryant, and Dorothy Goodrich, all of Joplin, and Teresa Phillips of Scammon; and one grandchild Payton Lee Piper.
She was preceded in death by one son, Michael Piper.
Cremation arrangements are being handled by Derfelt Funeral Home of Columbus, Kansas.
