(From Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home)Larry E. Edwards, 74, Goodman, MO passed into eternal rest April 29, 2021 at his home in rural Goodman after a long illness.
Larry Eugene Edwards was born April 23, 1947 in Slainas, CA. Larry served his country in the United States Army from 1966 to 1968 during Viet Nam War.
Larry was a former Deputy for the Newton County Sheriffs Department for 15 years retiring in 1980. Larry loved farming and working with his cattle.
Survivors include his wife Corinna Edwards, Goodman; children, Sequoyah Edwards, Goodman, MO and Suvina Hawkins, Neosho, MO; grandchildren, Kristopher Anderson, Neosho and Shantay White, Goodman and a host of friends.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents Forrest and Agnes Edwards and two sisters, Daisy Allen and Barbara Briley.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 pm, May 7, 2021 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00am, May 8, 2021 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home with Jamie LaSalle officiating. Burial will be in the Swars Prairie Baptist Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Phillip Patterson, Bill Ebbinghouse, Bob Ebbinghouse, Sequoyah Edward, Tom Sharp and Kent Hartman serving as pallbearers.
