(From Parker Mortuary)Donald Ray Kingry, 86, of Joplin, passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at his home.
Donald was born Sunday, December 30, 1934, in Moscow, Kansas to the late Dennis and Nina (Miller) Kingry.
Donald entered the Navy on September 18, 1952 and served in the Korean Conflict. Donald later worked at Eagle Picher for 42 years until retiring in January of 2000. He was a lifetime member of the Masonic Lodge of Joplin #345.
Donald was united in marriage to Mable Ruth (Smith) Kingry on April 19, 1958.
Donald is survived by his children; Joe Kingry (Lorie) of Joplin, Randy of Joplin, and Marlene Ruth Scott (David) of Claremore, Oklahoma; one sister, Dortha Louise Gunlock (Ron) of Joplin.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mable; and one son, Dennis Kingry.
Cremation Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
