(From Parker Mortuary)Angela K. Mathis, age 37, Joplin, passed away on Friday, June 25, 2021.
Angela was born September 16, 1983 in Joplin, Missouri, daughter of the late Joseph Ray Miller and Carolyn (Kay) Graybill. She lived in the Joplin area her entire life, graduating from Joplin High School in 2002.
Angela was a very hard worker and previously worked at Western Finance. She most recently was employed at Ashley Fine Furniture.
Angela was very kind hearted, cooked wonderful meals for family gatherings, had a beautiful smile, and enjoyed living life to the fullest. She loved her family with all her heart and enjoyed the time spent and memories created with them. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
On June 3, 2016, Angela was united in marriage to Rocky Mathis.
Survivors include her husband, Rocky; children, Dustin Davis, Bailey Davis, Emily Mathis; mother, Carolyn Graybill; stepmother, Mona Chapman; brothers, Joe Miller, Jr., Paul Miller and wife, Ursula; together with many extended family and friends.
Memorial service will be Thursday, July 8, 20210 at 1:00 p.m. at Joplin Full Gospel Church with Pastor Josh Patrick officiating.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Parker Mortuary.
