Elaine McCorkell

Margaret Elaine McCorkell was born March 31st, 1947.

She went home to be with her Lord December 7th, 2022. Elaine was preceded in death by her father, Jack McCorkell.

She is survived by her mother, Maxine McCorkell, of the home, sisters Sharon Bennett and husband, Rex, of Owasso, OK, and Kathleen Ball and husband, Terry, of Wyandotte; nieces Heather Risinger and husband, Brandon, Tiffany Poe and husband, Steven, Tabitha Moore and husband, Anthony; and a nephew Ryan Bennett, and wife Lindsey; along with 15 great nieces and nephews.








Elaine attended Wyandotte Public Schools and then attended NEO A & M and the University of Arkansas. She was multi-talented and multi-skilled and held a variety of jobs over the years including: office manager, receptionist/secretary, bookkeeper, retail sales, and restaurant management. She had her own upholstery repair business and was a City Clerk for the City of Seneca before she retired.

She was a longtime member of Eastside Baptist church and played the piano and organ there. She enjoyed doing crafts, gardening, and reading. She was an animal lover and usually had a pet.

She will be missed by many.








The body has been taken for cremation under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm, December 11, 2022 at the Eastside Baptist Church, Miami, OK with Mike Mayfield and Ryan Bennett officiating.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Eastside Baptist Church building fund in care of the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, PO Box 380, Seneca, MO 64865
