(From Paul Thomas Funeral Home)Linda Gayle Young of Miami, OK passed from this life Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Integris Miami Hospital in Miami, OK. She was 85.
Linda was born June 24, 1940 in Edgemont, UT to John and Alma Jean (Losee) Waldron. She was a 1958 graduate of Tooele High School in Tooele, UT. She had lived in Miami since 2006 moving from Cardin, OK.
She had worked for King Louie Garment Manufacturing in Baxter Springs, KS and for Wal-Mart in Miami, OK. She was a member of Cardin Christian Church in Cardin, OK.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Leon Young in 1995. She was also preceded by her parents, 2 brothers, Monte Waldron and Randy Waldron and 1 sister, Nicole Bissegger.
Linda is survived by 2 sons, Clay Robert Young and his wife Shin-ae of Saint Robert, MO and Justin Robert-Taylor Young of Miami, OK, 1 daughter, Lori Ann Tetzlaff of Carthage, MO, 1 sister, Kathy Mansfield of Herriman, UT, 7 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
