(From Peterson Funeral Chapel)Koby Allen Brown, 37, of Mt. Vernon, MO. passed away Sunday, July 19, 2026 in Cox Medical Center South in Springfield. He was born April 27, 1989 in Springfield, MO., the son of Richard Smith and Melissa Huse.
Survivors include his mother, Melissa Reidle and Richard Smith, both of Aurora, MO.; two children, Kason and Kylea; one brother, Kyle Huse of Mt. Vernon, MO.; and sister, Felicia Poindexter of Pierce City, MO.
Graveside services will be held Friday, July 24 at 3:00 p.m. at Clio Cemetery in Jenkins, MO. under the care of Peterson Funeral Chapel.
