Jackie Ray "Jack" Willoughby of Joplin, MO passed from this life of Sunday, October 1, 2017 at National Health Care in Joplin, MO. He was 68.
Jack was born January 26, 1949 in Farmington, MO to Eugene and Mable (Kniblack) Willoughby. He had lived in Joplin for 2 1/2 years moving from Webb City, MO. He was a member of Highway Tabernacle in Quapaw, OK.
Jack married Sherry Barbee on November 26, 1968. She survives of Dueneweg, MO. Additional survivors include 3 sons, Tony Willoughby and sife Edna of Joplin, MO, Brian Willoughby and wife Stacia of Duenweg, MO and Thomas Justice and sife Annette of Fairland, OK, 2 brothers, Vernon Willoughby of Quapaw, OK and Ronald Willoughby of Joplin, MO, 4 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services will be Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Highway Tabernacle in Quapaw, OK with Rev. Ray Clonts officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, northwest of Treece, KS. Tony Willoughby, Brian Willoughby, Keith Barbee, Thomas Justice, Roger Barbee and Steve Barbee will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends Tuesday morning from 9 - 11 a.m. at Highway Tabernacle in Quapaw.
Services have been placed in the care of Paul Thomas Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Miami, OK.
