(From Parker Mortuary)RexAllen Day, age 45, of Joplin, MO, passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin.
RexAllen was born on August 6, 1979, in Joplin to Jim Day and Regina Bachler. He spent his early childhood in the Webb City and Carl Junction area. After attending Carl Junction High School, he began working as a subcontractor for the local roofing companies (Joplin Roofing and Mid America Roofing).
In his spare time, he enjoyed tinkering and fixing old trucks. He was an outstanding craftsman and loved building projects. He enjoyed the simple things in life and will be deeply missed by his friends and family.
RexAllen is survived by his daughter, Hope Birkinsha; father, Jim Day and wife, Rene; mother, Regina Bachler; one brother, Justin Day; one sister, Randa Toress and husband, Gus; one grandson, Macklyn Montgomery; and nieces and nephews.
Cremation arrangements are under the special care of Parker Mortuary.
