(From Bland-Hackleman Funeral Home)Sheryl Ann (Appleberry) Moore, age 53, of El Dorado Springs, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2020, at Citizens Memorial Healthcare in Bolivar, Missouri.
Sheryl was born on February 24, 1967 to Claude and Judy Appleberry. After graduating from El Dorado Springs High School and starting her own family, she felt the calling to become a nurse and attended Fort Scott Community College.
Sheryl loved working as an R.N. and was most recently employed at Northwood Hills Care Center in Humansville, MO. She enjoyed both the residents she cared for and her coworkers. Outside of her work, Sheryl enjoyed spending time with close family and friends, reading, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, caring for her animals, and being outside on the family farm.
She is survived by her children: Raynea Koca of El Dorado Springs, MO, Kristi Andrews (husband, Robert) of Wentzville, MO, Kegan McGatha of El Dorado Springs, MO, Dakota Moore of El Dorado Springs, MO, and Cassie Moore of Joplin, MO. Sheryl is also survived by her grandchildren: Mackenzie, Cayden, Constance, Callum, Kael, Kaysen, Noah, and (due in January) Riley.
