Candy was born September 3, 1975 to Linda and Paul Hagberg at Sunbury PN. Candy had a smile that lit up a room. She loved without limits. She was beautiful, smart, courageous and accomplished. Candy had already achieved her bachelors degree from Missouri Southern State University and she was poised to finish her degree at Kansas City University of Medicine and BioSciences in Joplin.
She is survived by her mother Linda Wilson. Sisters: Kelly-Moore, Stephanie Brown, Cassey Littig, and a brother Chad Littig. Her daughters: Chasity Hollins, Tasha Slater and Candice Ledlow. And her sons: Harmon Slater, Derek Wier and Eddie Kleiman. Son-in-law August Hollins. Six grandchildren, 10 nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by the love of her life Jeff Chapman and best friends Martha Brehm, Sharon Spillars, Emily Jones and Sue Pearow Lester.
Candy is now joined with others who passed before her and is enjoying the embrace of the Lord alongside: her brother Paul Hackenburg, stepfather John Dobson, grandmother Nancy Price, grandfather Arthur Price, Grandmother and Grandfather Williams.
Her celebration of life will be held at Christ Point Church in Galena at a later date with a balloon release following thereafter.
