Paul Dwight Standlee, 64, passed away at his Neosho home on October 26, 2018. Dwight was born August 2, 1954 in Neosho to Ervin and Ida Belle (Hester) Standlee. He was a graduate of Neosho High School and had worked as a plumber. Dwight was an avid reader, enjoyed studying Bible scripture, working crossword puzzles, and playing softball. He had a witty sense of humor and loved his puns and joking around, but mostly he loved his family.
Dwight and Sheri Dawn Smith were married in Algodones, NM; she preceded him in death on September 23, 2007. He is survived by one daughter, Catlan Pater; two brothers, Russell Standlee and James Standlee; and one sister, Donna Foster.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the Abundant Life Assembly of God Church, Neosho, MO. Interment will follow at Diamond Cemetery, Diamond, MO.
