James Campbell

James William Campbell passed away on July 27, 2021 in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 67 after suffering a massive stroke.

James William Campbell was born on March 16, 1954 in Springfield, Missouri to Victor William Campbell and Dorothy Mae Harp Campbell.

James grew up in Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma due to his father working for the railroad.








James is survived by his three children, James Robert and his wife, Liz; Steven and his wife Christina; and Jamie; his mother Dorothy, his sister Linda and her husband Curt; seven awesome grandchildren (Faith, Ben and Andrew, and Asa, JJ, Asher and Joseph), as well as many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

James was preceded in death by his father Victor; his brother Jerry; his brother- in- law Glen; and his great nephew Jayten.

When James was a child living in Fort Scott, Kansas, he accepted Christ as his Savior.

James graduated high school in Catoosa, Oklahoma in 1972. He lived in Catoosa, Foyil, and Claremore. But he always wanted to return to the family farm in the Dadeville Missouri area.

Graveside funeral services are 12:00 p.m. Friday, August 6, 2021 at Dadeville Masonic Cemetery, Dadeville, Missouri.
