(From Ozark Funeral Home)Mrs. Billie Jean (Fisher) Ragland, 93, of Goodman, Missouri, departed this life on Sunday, July 10, 2022, in the comfort of her home.
Billie entered this life on August 10, 1928, on the John Kennedy Ranch between Fairfax and Ralston, Oklahoma, daughter of the late Bill and Helen (Crutchfield) Fisher.
Her family moved to Sand Springs, Oklahoma when she was one year old. She attended Charles Page High School.
In 1943, Billie was united in marriage to Jack Hausam and to this union the late Ronnie Hausam was born. Billie married Clyde Ragland in 1985 until his death in September of 2014.
Billie worked 20 years at Commanders and another 20 years at Hissom Memorial Center where she was a supervisor for cottage 18 for 15 of those 20 years. The couple moved to Missouri in 1989 where Billie became a housewife.
She is preceded in death by her son Ronnie Hausam; and one granddaughter in 2021.

Billie is survived by her stepdaughter Carol Taylor (Dan) of Bixby, Oklahoma; two step-grandsons and five step-great-grandchildren. She was also a part of Bob and Dana Forcum’s family as well as part the Andrew and Gina Hunte’s family; many nieces and nephews, as well as a host of other family and friends who will dearly miss Billie.
Cremation and a private inurnment will follow at the Howard Cemetery where she will be laid to rest between her husband Clyde and son Ronnie.
