Brinlee Renae Brown, infant daughter of Jeff and Nicole Brown, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin.
Brinlee was born March 25, 2020 in Kansas City, Missouri, daughter of Jeffery Stanton Brown and Nicole Renae Portell Brown of Carthage, Missouri.
She battled courageously from birth, but was taken to be with her savior after a month. She still impacted her family in a positive way, and will always be remembered.
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Darrell Portell, and Gary S. Brown.
In addition to her parents, Brinlee is survived by her twin sister, Brinklee Brown; grandmother, Barbara Portell of Lebanon, Indiana; uncle, Jamie Portell and wife Erica of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Children’s Mercy, Kansas City NICU, in lieu of flowers.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
