(From Lakin Funeral Home)Rebecca "Becky" Ann Mee, age 62, of Stotts City, MO passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2025, with family by her side, at Mercy Hospital Joplin.
Becky was born in St. Louis, MO on Monday, June 10, 1963; daughter of David and Reva (Leonard) Sisk. She was a 1981 graduate of Webb City High School. Becky was married to Kevin Mee and spent 27 years with him. She worked as a waitress at Diana's Café in Stotts City, MO where she never met a stranger. She was a people-person and had many, many friends.
She was a thrift store extraordinaire shopper and would often repurpose things and could fix anything. She also enjoyed canoeing down rivers, and crafting. Becky was an artist that few knew about. She was an avid Nascar fan and loved her cats. She always said beer wasn't bad either. Becky was family-oriented and loved her family fiercely. She will be missed by many!
Surviving are the following: her husband, Kevin; two siblings, Daveda Sisk of Miami, OK and Terry Sisk of Miami, OK; two nieces, Amy Wilson and Stacy Craig; three great-nieces; one great-nephew; a God daughter, Tiffany Huff; and many friends.

Those welcoming her to heaven include her parents, David and Reva Sisk and sister-in-law, Sheryl Sisk who has only been there two months.
Graveside services will be at Carterville Cemetery in Carterville, MO on Saturday, August 16, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Carterville Cemetery. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Lakin Funeral Home in Pierce City, MO.
