Lisa Mounce

Lisa Loree Mounce, age 59, passed away on April 30, 2021, in Joplin, Missouri, after fighting a courageous battle with cancer for 3.5 years. On September 6, 1961, she was born to Linda Smith and Carl Kuhlman in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and grew up in Sierra Vista, Arizona, and Goodman, Missouri.

Lisa graduated from Neosho High School and attended Crowder College in Neosho, where she earned an Associates in Agriculture.








She also attended Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, where she earned a Bachelor's in Agriculture, and Missouri Southern State College in Joplin, where she earned another Bachelors in Business Administration.

Lisa was a true foodie and loved her days working at Kitchen Pass & Club 609 in Joplin before becoming successful in Food Sales and then District Manager for US Foods. Lisa formed Arrowhead Mobile Drug Testing, LLC in Southwest Missouri as a Co-Owner with her step-father in 2010, and she continued the business after his passing.

Lisa is survived by her husband Harold Michael Meyer Jr of the home; mother Linda Thompson of Tucson, Arizona; father Carl Kuhlman and half-sister Carla Kuhlman of Grand Junction, Colorado; Maternal Uncle William (JoAnn) Smith of Grand Junction, Colorado; two step-children, Trei (Ali) Meyer and Jennifer Meyer, and three step-grandchildren all of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and many other relatives and friends.

Lisa was preceded in death by her grandparents all of Colorado; her adopted father J.C. Mounce, her half-sister Kathy Kuhlman, her step-father and Arrowhead Partner Jean Thompson, and her step-sister Belinda Twitty.

A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, May 7, 2021 from 5:30-7 at Clark Funeral Home in Neosho, MO. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating through Facebook to Frankie N' Friends Inc., the feline 501c3 Lisa formed to protect and care for all the lost and hungry kitties that came across her path. The family requests all planning to attend to wear a mask to the visitation.
