Patricia Lett

Patricia Ann Lett, 79 of Anderson, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at the McDonald County living Center in Anderson, Missouri.

She entered this life on May 29, 1944 in Granby, Missouri, born to the late, William Perry and Dorothy (Barnes) O’Neal. Patricia owned Western-Auto in Neosho, Missouri and several flea markets; was a welder at Teledyne and retired from Scholastic in Neosho, Missouri in 2010. 

 She enjoyed the Silver Follies in Neosho, Missouri; loved to sing and play the piano. Patricia enjoyed watching the Kansas City Chiefs and Mizzou basketball. She was an avid bird watcher and gardener and loved her family. She was a faithful member of New Life Fellowship Church in Anderson, Missouri.








Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Bob O’Neal.

She is survived by her sons, Edward Ables and wife, Sandra of Pineville, Missouri, Stuart Ables of Pineville, Missouri, Duce Lett and wife, Kristie of Liberty, Missouri; a brother, Bill O’Neal of Ritchie, Missouri; sisters, Norma Ritter of Houston, Texas, Mary O’Hara of Belton, Missouri, Nancy Enlow of Peculiar, Missouri; grandchildren, Eden Legrand and husband, Cameron, Drew Ables and wife, Alicia, Dylan Lett, Brock Lett, Casen Lett and Ellie Lett; great grandchildren, Rory, Margot, Gwen and Warren; as well as a host of other family and friends who will dearly miss Patricia.








A Celebration of life will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 in the Anderson chapel of the Ozark funeral home. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home, the family will receive friends at this time.

Memorial contributions in loving memory of Patricia Lett can be given to the Crosslines Food Pantry in Anderson, Missouri, in care of the funeral home.
