Gale Knight

Gale Lynn Knight, 72 of Carthage, Missouri passed away Friday, January 10, 2025 at his home. He was born on October 25, 1952 in Carthage, Missouri to John and Erma (Manka) Knight.

Gale graduated from Jasper High School with the class of 1970 and was a farmer. He served many years on the Jasper R-5 school board. Gale was a member of the Mt. Moriah Methodist Church.

 
Survivors include , two sons, John Knight ( Carrie) and Gerald Knight (Marcie), two brothers, Cyrus Knight (Cid) and Willie Knight (Donna), and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Becky Copeland, and Mary Knight, and one granddaughter, Kori Knight.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at Fasken Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. , Thursday, January 16, 2025 at Weng Funeral Chapel, Jasper, MO.
