Billy Fisher

William “Billy” Joseph Fisher, age 58, of Oronogo, MO, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2025 in his home.

Billy was born on November 1, 1966, in Joplin, MO, to the late union of Wilbert and Betty (Sprouse) Fisher. Billy loved spending time with his children. He enjoyed tinkering with motorcycles and cars, hanging out with his friends, and you could always count on him if you needed help. Billy was one of a kind and will be deeply missed.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his three siblings, Michael Fisher, Joyce DeGonia and Larry Johnson; and one niece, Stephanie Johnson.

Billy is survived by his two children, Ashley Spencer and husband, James, and Paul Fisher; one granddaughter, Remi Spencer; two siblings, Sheila Gardner and husband, Greg, and David Fisher; niece, Tonda and fiancé, Larry; best friend, Kenny; and a host of extended family and friends.

Cremation arrangements are under the special care of Parker Mortuary.
