(From Parker Mortuary)Thelma Jean (Pruett) High passed away on January 2, 2025 at the age 89. She was born October 17, 1935 and a lifetime resident of Carthage, Missouri.
She had a good sense of humor. She was a very good drum player (rock and roll). She liked reading the Bible. She was kind and thoughtful.
Preceded in death by Parents Martha and Luther Pruett, husband, Maurice Eugene High and sister in-law, Carma (High) Reeves.
Survivors include daughter, Patricia Ryan of Hornet, brother in-law, “Jitter Bug” Clyde Reeves, of Sarcoxie, nephews, Larry Reeves of Carthage and Randy Reeves of Sarcoxie.
Graveside services are pending at this time.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
