Kevin Bullard

Kevin Eugene Bullard, 50, passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025, at his home in Joplin.

Kevin was born on November 6, 1974, in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

He had resided in Joplin for the past 17 years after moving from Springfield and worked as an Electrical Engineer for Eagle Picher.

He was a member of College Heights Christian Church in Joplin.








Kevin volunteered for the Neighbor Connect program and Watered Gardens, and he and his wife volunteered for Jasper County CASA. He enjoyed his vinyl record collection, playing bass guitar, hiking, firearms target practice, fishing, cooking, gardening, traveling and he could fix and build about anything he attempted.

He married Kris Addison on 7-7-07 in Las Vegas, Nevada and she survives.

Other survivors include son Daniel Bullard of Joplin, Missouri, his parents Richard and Shirley Yother Bullard of Fort Smith, Arkansas, his biological mother Tish Jennings Harlan and husband David of Silverton, Texas, two sisters - both of Van Buren, Arkansas - Betsy Reynolds, and Jennifer Sowells and husband Zack, stepsister Jennifer Harlan of Louisville, Kentucky, 4 nieces and 11 nephews, several cousins, aunts and uncles, and his best friend since they were five-years-old Brandon Roughley and wife Angie of McCloud, Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Gene and Olive Bullard and Elvis and Kathleeen Yother, and his stepbrother David Harlan II.








There will be a visitation beginning at 6:00 PM Friday, April 25, 2025, at Mason-Woodard Chapel.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Saturday, April 26, 2025, at College Heights Christian Church in Joplin.

Interment will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, April 28, 2025, at Hartman Cemetery in Hartman, Arkansas.

Memorial contributions may be made to Jasper County CASA, Heifer International, or Watered Gardens in C/O of the mortuary.
