Hope Harris

Hope Marie Harris, was born on November 22, 2005, in Joplin, Missouri and entered into rest on June 22, 2024, at the age of 18. 

Hope was a lifelong area resident and a graduate of East Newton High School. She enjoyed horseback riding, caring for her horses; she loved nature and enjoyed trout fishing, and swimming; she loved to dance and was an esthetician; she loved her dog, Cash and she loved spending time with her nieces and nephews. 







 Hope was outspoken and an extrovert, had a great sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh. She was a member of Monarch Springs Baptist Church. 

Hope is survived by her mother, Misty (Wilson) Divine and husband, Allen; her father, Matthew Harris and wife, Bre, of Neosho. Paternal grandparents, Troy and Debbie Harris and Brett and Joy Hobson; maternal grandparents, Darrell and Scherry Divine; four brothers, Austin Graham and wife, Whitney, Zack Graham and wife; Macie, Trysten Graham and wife, Amy; Aubry Harris, one sister, Kaelyn Harris and husband, Shay; one brother, Jordan Agan and wife, Raylyn; two sisters, Taylor Divine and Charity Bauer and husband, Jesse; her nieces and nephews, Natalee, Paisley, Garrett, Conner and Dawson Graham; one niece Layla Agan and one nephew, Liam Agan; her aunts and uncles, Kimberly Smith and husband, Jim; Brian Wilson and wife, Tara; Rhonda Kuramoto and husband, Andy; Robert Divine and wife Missi; Chad Springer and wife, Mel; Faith King and husband, Brian, and Angie Harris. 

She is preceded in death by her infant daughter, Emerlynn Marie Rose Harris and her maternal grandparents, Gary and Phyllis Wilson. 








A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at 10 am at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Melvin Stapp will officiate. Interment will follow in the New Salem Cemetery, west of Neosho. 

Serving as pallbearers will be Austin Graham, Zach Graham, Trysten Graham, Aubrey Harris, Brian Wilson and Tyler Wilson. Honorary pallbearers will be Brian King, Zach Ward, James Vaughn and Jordan Agan. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, June 28th, from 6 pm to 8 pm at the Clark Funeral Home, Neosho. Contributions in honor of Hope may be made to Trinity Circle Horses Healing Hearts or Faithful Friends, c/o Clark Funeral Home, PO Box 66; Neosho, Missouri 64850.
