Tom Mohn

Thomas Arthur Mohn, age 78, of Granby, Missouri, passed away at 3:31 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at his home. He was born November 29, 1943, the son of the late George Victor and Dorothy Mae (Kueter) Mohn. On December 21, 1968, he married Mary Shadwick in Neosho, Missouri. She survives him of the home.

Tom worked for as an expeditor for Eagle-Picher for over 20 years and was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Joplin, Missouri. He was an avid bicyclist, loved to read, and go camping as well as anything pertaining to the outdoors.

In addition to his wife, Mary, he is survived by his son Brian Mohn and wife, Bobbi, of Granby; one granddaughter, Morgan Mohn; one sister, Marilyn Pronovici of Wisconsin; and two brothers, William Mohn and his wife, Jeri, of Arkansas and George Mohn and his wife, Sandy of Illinois.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 4, 2022, at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, 2616 Connecticut Ave, in Joplin, with Pastor Greg Meck officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Neosho, Missouri. The funeral home will be open for viewing from 12:00-4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 2, 2022.
