Scott Luedtke

(From Berna Funeral Home)

On February 16, 2023, Scott A. Luedtke was called home to be with the Lord. Scott was the second of five siblings born to his parents Donald and Beatrice in Racine, Wisconsin – he was 62.

Scott grew up in Wisconsin and graduated from Park High School in 1978. He relocated to Northwest Arkansas in 2008, before moving to his final home in Anderson, Missouri.

Scott met his loving wife, Debbie, shortly after moving to Arkansas, and they’ve been happily married for 13 years.

Scott is preceded in death by his mother, Beatrice; his brother-in-law, Mike Ryan and his loving dog, Sarah.

He’s survived by his wife, Debbie; father, Donald; sons, Jeremy (Paula) and Eric Luedtke; stepchildren, Justin (Kayla) Rushing and Jamie (Shaun) Moser; brothers, Todd (Debra) Luedtke and Don (Becky) Luedtke; sisters, Cheryl Ryan, Laura (Charlie) Schlitz; 6 grandchildren, Hunter, Frankie, Hannah, Lily, Jameson, Lena, Brayden, Emily; nieces, Katelyn and Nicole; nephews, Logan, Steven, Brian, David, Matthew, Chris, Kevin, and James; and a large, extended family he cherished.

Scott will be remembered as a hardworking man who was never afraid to get his hands dirty. Working for his father growing up in the pest control business, he quickly opened and ran several very successful businesses before retiring in 2016.

He took pride in his work and enjoyed his free time hunting, playing golf, tinkering around in his shop and spending time with his grandchildren, whether on adventures in the woods or eating the biggest bowls of ice cream. He was a proud member of Twelve Corners Baptist Church.

Memorial services will be held at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home, 100 S 28th St, Rogers, Arkansas. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 21 from 5-7 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 22 at 11 a.m. followed by burial at Twelve Corners Cemetery in Pea Ridge, Arkansas.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests spending time in the great outdoors with your loved ones in his memory.
