(From Ozark Funeral Home)Mrs. Virginia Ann McMurry Stephens, 89 of Stella, Missouri departed this life on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at Windcrest Health and Rehab in Springdale, AR.
Virginia was born June 23, 1933, in Kansas City, Missouri to the late James and Helen (Boehm) McMurry. Virginia grew up in Kansas City, Missouri.
On January 30, 1953, she was united in marriage to Bill L. Stephens. Virginia enjoyed taking care of her family and gardening.
Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bill L. Stephens in 2000, her oldest son; Bill R. Stephens in 2014, three brothers; James, Tom and Ralph, and a sister; Agnes.
Virginia is survived by a son; David Stephens and wife Kathleen of Arizona, two daughters; Linda Land and husband James of Arkansas, and Tina Hulen and husband Mike of Kansas, ten grandchildren, several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, four sisters; Mary Helen, Pat, Kathleen, and Beverly. Rachel Stephens who has always been there, as well as host of other family and friends.
