Rhonda Lewis

Rhonda Ross Lewis passed away peacefully at Freeman Hospital on October 20, 2023, surrounded by friends and family after a short battle with cancer. She was born to Stephen Fry and Beverly "Jones" Pippin on January 3, 1957 in Lamar, MO.

She attended Parkwood High in Joplin, MO and graduated in 1975. She enjoyed spending her time with friends and family, gardening, and decorating for the holidays. She cherished time spent with her grandchildren, never missing an event. She gave so much and expected so little in return. 

She was preceded in death by her dad, Stephen Fry. 

She is survived by her mother, Beverly "Jones" Pippin, daughter, Lacey "Lewis" Jordan and husband Mike, and three grandchildren Michael, Isaac, and Audrey Jordan all of a Joplin, MO. Brothers Dave Fry and wife Sandy of Homosassa, FL, Larry Ross of Joplin, MO, and sister Tonya Brown of Elsey, MO. As well as many other extended family members.

Celebration of Life on Monday, November 20th will be held at Elk's Lodge 1802 W 26th St, Joplin, MO from 4-8 P.M.
