Sharron L. Garrett, age 68 of Webb City, passed away Monday, March 2, 2015 at her home.
Born February 2, 1947 in Joplin, she was the daughter of the late Everett Herron and Mary Menapace Herron. Sharron worked 18 years as a waitress for the former Hidden Acres Restaurant.
She married Robert Garrett on May 29, 2010 at Carl Junction. He survives.
Additional survivors include a son, Brent Purscelley and wife Angelina of Fredrick, MD; a daughter, Tracey Hickman and husband Jeff of Webb City; five grandchildren, Hayley Matteson and husband William of Ft. Steward, GA, Hayden Hickman and wife Shayla of Carterville, Allison Hickman and Evan Hickman, both of Webb City, Corey Purscelley of Fredrick; one great-grandson, Maddix Matteson of Ft. Stewart; her mother, Mary Herron; her sister, Fran Qualls and husband Mike of Joplin; her brother, Everett Herron and wife Teresa of Joplin; two stepsons, Jeff Garrett and wife Tammy of Seneca, R.D. Garrett and wife Tila of Arkansas; three step grandchildren, Chelsea, Dakota and Paige; one great-step granddaughter, Brooklyn; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday at Ozark Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Parker Mortuary.
