(From Clark Funeral Home)On Tuesday, February 1, 2022, Oleta Sue Clevenger, loving wife and mother of two children, passed away at the age of 86. Oleta Sue (Stamps) was born on December 5, 1935 in Ridgley, Missouri to Joe and Ruby (Hawkins) Stamps.
She married James Burnell Clevenger on October 19, 1952 in Ritchey, Missouri. The lived 32 years in Galena, Kansas, where she worked for the Galena school district until her retirement and moved to Granby, Missouri.
Sue was preceded in death by her husband, James Clevenger and sister, Peggy Nance. She is survived by two sons, Joey Clevenger of Topeka, Kansas and Jamie Clevenger of Joplin, Missouri and sisters, Rosalea Andrews and Gloria White, both of Granby, Missouri.
